Vancouver-based Knauf and Brown unveiled the industrial Allumette Floor Light made of long aluminum panels. The panels make up both the base and the shade, extending up and curving out just slightly to become the shade. The aluminum reflects the LED light, softly diffusing it as it escapes through the vertical openings.
The lamps name playfully references the material it’s made from, as well as the lamp’s formal quality.
